Tiffany Taylor has been a dedicated member of the Datalink team since 2017, specializing in pricing, availability, and shipping logistics. Outside of her professional life, Tiffany is a devoted mother to two children who are actively involved in both sports and music, reflecting her commitment to fostering a well-rounded upbringing. An avid animal lover, Tiffany shares her home with two beloved dogs and a cat, adding joy and warmth to her life.
Anthoney Coley is a humble, patient, and understanding professional with 25 years of experience in call center communications and over 19 years of specializing in management and training. A single father to a 24-year-old daughter, Anthoney enjoys reading, creative writing, poetry, word puzzles, gardening, and meeting new people. He holds a degree in Communications and English from St. Augustine's University and has facilitated numerous training, management, and diversity classes.
Billie is a dedicated Customer Service Representative who excels in facilitating communication between the manager and the team, helping to implement directives efficiently. Outside of work, Billie is a busy parent of two children and caretaker of four cats and three dogs. She enjoys spending her time with family, and has a passion for cooking.
Trina Rickman Customer Service Representative
Destiny plays an important role in our Datalink team. Her degree in Public Health Science has strengthened her position as a customer service representative, especially in communication and crisis management. She has made a significant impact on our projects and team spirit. Outside of work, Destiny enjoys gardening, photography, yoga, and meditation, which helps her stay creative and mindful.
Meet Jennifer, a dynamic professional with a passion for excellence and a zest for life. As a devoted mother of a vibrant 14-year-old boy, family values are at the heart of everything she does. Since joining Datalink in 2023, she has been a driving force within the organization, currently serving as a dedicated lead generator for one of the many Datalink projects. In addition to her leadership role, Jennifer is known for her versatility and willingness to lend a hand wherever needed, frequently assisting with other projects. Beyond the boardroom, she finds joy in culinary adventures, tending to her thriving garden, and immersing herself in the electrifying atmosphere of live concerts. With a blend of professional expertise and personal passions, Jennifer embodies the spirit of innovation and collaboration at Datalink.

Her background as a licensed Practical Nurse and a Certified Home Health Aide has demonstrated her commitment to helping others. Monay is a proud mother of four active girls who keep her busy with sports. Her journey reflects a strong work ethic and deep commitment to her community and family.
Peter is a versatile and dedicated customer service representative, expertly filling in on various call projects at our call center. In addition to his professional role, he is a devoted grandparent, raising his grandkids, and has a passion for soccer and baseball. Peter's ability to adapt to our wide range of projects has been incredibly beneficial to our Datalink team.
